Success through strategy, video, and performance: The relaunch of WeDoIT & Cynet XDR

Initial Meeting

In May 2023, Benedikt Leisten, Managing Director of WeDoIT Group, reached out to us after seeing an Instagram advertisement. During an initial casual conversation, he shared his plans to expand several projects in parallel – including the introduction of the endpoint security software Cynet in Germany and the further development of his company’s online presence. Benedikt emphasized his intention to increasingly rely on video content to stay ahead of the curve and embrace modern communication formats. As a specialized video agency, he gave us complete creative freedom in the process.

Preparations and Initial Implementations for Cynet

We first gathered all available information about Cynet – including brochures, online materials, and additional details collected through a customized questionnaire.

After the initial discussions, we decided to begin with the website project, which was primarily designed to impress through high-quality animated videos showcasing the tool and its dashboard in action.

Over the following two months, the concept was directly implemented:
We produced testimonial videos with clients and partners, numerous animation videos demonstrating Cynet’s features, and a promotional trailer for campaign use.

In addition, we created several animated trade show videos in Adobe After Effects, presenting the product in an engaging and visually dynamic way at events.

From a Solid Foundation to a Modern Digital Platform

The previous WeDoIT Group website served for years as a reliable foundation for communication and presentation. Over time, however, the demands for structure, design, and user experience increased.

The relaunch delivered a complete realignment — technically, visually, and strategically.
The result is a modern, dark-themed design with clean typography and precise animations that present the WeDoIT brand in a contemporary, focused, and professional way.

A distinctive detail of the relaunch is the animated main menu, which clearly structures the diverse topic areas of the WeDoIT Group.
Each category was equipped with its own icon set and individually animated modules that move dynamically on hover or scroll, creating a noticeably more engaging navigation experience.

The menu is not only visually striking but also functionally well thought out:
It guides visitors directly to the relevant sections — from cybersecurity and PKI solutions to cloud and identity management — ensuring a modern and intuitive user experience.

Complete Website Relaunch with a Focus on Structure, SEO, and Performance

The new WeDoIT Group website was completely redesigned — technically, content-wise, and visually.

With over 40 subpages, the site now covers the full range of services, manufacturers, and topics. This extensive structure not only provides clear content organization but also delivers significant advantages for search engine optimization:
Each page is strategically focused on a specific topic cluster, allowing it to rank independently.

The architecture follows a well-thought-out SEO framework with internal linking, meaningful metadata, and measurable conversion points.
All user actions — from clicks and form submissions to scroll depth and time on page — are tracked through a fully integrated analytics setup.

As a result, the website doesn’t just deliver content — it delivers data.

Comparison Page: Clarity in the Cybersecurity Jungle

As part of the relaunch, a comparison page was created, allowing visitors to compare Cynet with up to twelve competitors — clearly structured and easy to understand.

The page is designed so that new vendors or content can be added effortlessly, keeping it up to date with minimal maintenance.

For potential customers, the comparison provides quick orientation:
The most important differences between providers are visible at a glance — compact, neutral, and practically presented.

This feature helps users make informed decisions without overwhelming them with excessive detail.

BBQ Bash 2025 – Insights, Exchange, and Future Topics

As in previous years, the WeDoIT BBQ Bash 2025 focused on exchange, innovation, and forward-looking topics. Life of Media 360 was on site to capture the event from a media perspective and highlight insights on current developments in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital communication. The impressions will be presented in a dedicated event section featuring images, short videos, and statements, showcasing the connection between technology and corporate culture. Due to the variety and scope of ongoing projects, it was decided to establish a monthly service agreement, signed at the end of May 2024. This agreement covers continuous support in the areas of advertising, media production, and consulting. Since then, Life of Media 360 has been actively supporting WeDoIT Group in all key aspects of its digital communication and brand development.

Ongoing Collaboration and Further Development

Even after the successful relaunch, the collaboration with WeDoIT Group remains active and cooperative.
New content, additional product areas, and extended video productions are already in planning.

Our team continues to support WeDoIT with technical maintenance, content updates, and ongoing website optimization.
The goal is to continuously evolve the digital presence and further strengthen the company’s strong market position online.
